Simple story; we are a small specialist electronics manufacturer who had been looking into MRP for quite some time. We looked at the rest and decided that 123mrp.NET was the product for us without any question.

We came along for all the training and were about to sign on the dotted line when one of our biggest customers vanished. We had a major over-stock of materials, massive cashflow problems and had to make significant redundancies.

We delayed the implementation of MRP as we were fighting for our lives. A year on we still have not implemented MRP - Massive mistake. Business is now picking up big time and we really need MRP to control the chaos, but now we are struggling to find the time to implement it.
