Adobe Acrobat Error

There is a known issue with Adobe Acrobat 5 and above whereby sometimes viewing a PDF via the Internet Explorer plugin will generate an error relating to 'linearized help data'.

To overcome this, do the following:

  • Open Adobe Acrobat Reader
  • Click on Edit and Preferences
  • Click on the Internet option on the left
  • Ensure that 'Allow fast web view' is UNTICKED
